For EBS 11.5.10.2 is no Interoperability Patches to apply.

3. Configure the Applications Tier (for each APPL_TOP)

  - Run the AutoConfig utility
    $COMMON_TOP/admin/scripts/VIS_apps/adautocfg.sh   (in my case)

  - cd $JAVA_TOP

  - unzip -l appsborg2.zip | grep 9.0.4

If there is a file named as .xdkjava_version_9.0.4.0.0_production, which indicates that XML Parser for Java v9.0.4 is installed

correctly as part of appsborg2.zip. Otherwise, run ADAdmin to regenerate the appsborg2.zip file.

  - Restart the application tier server processes such that the new version of Oracle XML Parser for Java will take effect.

    In my case I run:

     to START all server processes:
     /APPS_MI/viscomn/admin/scripts/VIS_apps/adstrtal.sh apps/apps

     to STOP all service processes:
     /APPS_MI/viscomn/admin/scripts/VIS_apps/adstpall.sh apps/apps

4. Verify the Upgrade

cd $JAVA_TOP

 unzip -l appsborg2.zip | grep 9.0.4

If there is a file named as .xdkjava_version_9.0.4.0.0_production, which indicates that XML Parser for Java v9.0.4 is installed

correctly as part of appsborg2.zip. Otherwise, run ADAdmin to regenerate the appsborg2.zip file.

Open the configuration files:

      jserv.properties

      forms.properties

      xmlsvcs.properties

      $APPL_TOP/admin/adjborg.txt

      $APPL_TOP/admin/adjborg2.txt

The xmlparserv2-904.zip file should be part of the classpath content.

Example:

[applmgr@apps java]$ more /APPS_MI/visora/iAS/Apache/Jserv/etc/jserv.properties | grep xmlparserv2-904.zip
wrapper.classpath=/APPS_MI/viscomn/java/xmlparserv2-904.zip
