In-Oracle.com -> Oracle Applications (apps) -> R12
-> Install the Oracle Home 10.2.0.1 for Apps Upgrade from 11i to R12
Install the Oracle Home 10.2.0.1 for Apps Upgrade
1. Prepare the UNIX OS for Oracle 10g database installation

2. Create as root the new directories for R12
mkdir -p /APPS_DB_R12/db/apps_st/data
mkdir -p /APPS_DB_R12/db/tech_st/10.2.0
chown -R oracle:dba /APPS_DB_R12
3. Install the new Oracle Home 10.2.0.1 into the /APPS_DB_R12/db/tech_st/10.2.0
Click "Next".
Click "Next".
Click "Install".
Run root.sh as root. Click "Ok".
Click "Exit".

-> Install the Oracle Home 10.2.0.1 for Apps Upgrade from 11i to R12
